New Study: Learning Juggling with Mixed Reality
Mixed Reality (MR) opens up an innovative and immersive learning environment that makes juggling accessible in a whole new way. Within the framework of the Excellence Cluster CeTI (Centre for Tactile Internet with Human-in-the-Loop), we are evaluating an MR application for learning to juggle.
Our focus is particularly on:
- How haptic augmentation supports users in immersing themselves in the task.
- To what extent the personalized tutorial promotes learning.
- What advantages the MR environment offers compared to traditional juggling training.
The results of our study will help deepen the understanding of how immersive technologies can support skill acquisition in future human-machine interaction scenarios.
Starting in January, we are looking for participants for this exciting learning experiment, which uses cutting-edge motion capture technologies, mixed reality, and haptic feedback. In addition, we are now offering student thesis opportunities as part of this study.
