• Human factors and human-CPS interactions: Integration of multisensory augmentation and their influence on perception and learning complex skills.

• Cognitive control and motivation: Investigation of individual differences in cognitive effort investment and their effects on behavior and neurophysiological processes. Emotion regulation.

• Methods and open science: Use of experimental, neurocognitive, and psychophysiological methods. Promotion of transparent, replicable science. Big team science.
