Dr. Jürgen Wegge has been Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at TU Dresden since 2007. The Faculty desires a fresh start in the field of work and organizational psychology, starting in October 2026, and is only advertising the position as a W2 professorship. This brings to an end almost 60 years of work and organizational psychology in Dresden, based on action regulation theory. To ensure a smooth transition, unburdened by the standards, materials, procedures, etc., developed to date, I will naturally not be transferring these and will also be terminating any ongoing collaborations within the professorship.
