KEYNOTES und AKTIVE DISKUTANTEN
Dr. Eva Asselmann, wiss. Mitarbeiterin, Professur für Persönlichkeitspsychologie, Lebenswissenschaftliche Fakultät, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin
bringt als aktive Diskutantin ihre Erfahrungen aus der Entwicklungsepidemiologie und klinischen Psychologie zur Entstehung und zum Verlauf von Angst- und depressiven Störungen ein. Sie untersucht die Wirksamkeit von gezielten Präventions- und Frühinterventionsmaßnahmen, mit denen die Entwicklung vollständiger psychischer Störungen bei Personen mit bestimmten Risikofaktoren verhindert werden soll. Sie wird die Arbeitsinsel 2 „Regulation von Emotionen – Chancen, Risiken und Transfer“ moderieren.
Prof. Dr. Matthias Berking, Leiter Lehrstuhl Klinische Psychologie und Psychotherapie, Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg
stellt als Keynote ausgewählte Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Emotionsregulation bei Risikogruppen vor. Basierend auf dem Modell des konstruktiven Umgangs mit Emotionen hat Prof. Berking das Training emotionaler Kompetenzen entwickelt, welches seit 10 Jahren erfolgreich bei Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen und beruflichen Risikogruppen eingesetzt wird.
M.A. Soziologie Falk Eckert, Lehrbeauftragter an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik, Berlin,
ist Experte und aktiver Diskutant aus dem Bereich der Arbeits-, Emotions- und Kultursoziologie. Seine Expertise liegt im Bereich der Erforschung der Bedeutung von Emotionen für die Arbeitsorganisation und den praktischen Arbeitsprozess. Er forscht u.a. zu der Frage, inwiefern Emotionen und Subjektivität förderliche oder hemmende Faktoren im Arbeitsprozess sind, und nutzt rekonstruktive Verfahren der qualitativen Sozialforschung. Er wird die Arbeitsinsel 3 „Ökonomisierung von Emotionen in der Arbeitswelt“ moderieren.
Prof. Dr. Andrea Fischbach, Inhaberin Lehrstuhl Sozial-, Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, Deutsche Hochschule der Polizei, Münster
stellt als Keynote den aktuellen Stand der Forschung zur Emotionsarbeit dar. Prof. Fischbach ist Co-Autorin der Frankfurter Skalen zur Emotionsarbeit (FEWS) und hat Bedingungen und Effekte der Emotionsarbeit im Einzelhandel, bei der Polizei und im Führungskontext untersucht. Aktuelle Forschung beleuchtet Gendereffekte in der Emotionsarbeit von Führungspersonen.
Prof. Dr. Philipp Kanske, seit 2017 Professor für Klinische Psychologie und Behaviorale Neurowissenschaft an der Technischen Universität Dresden,
widmet sich in seiner Forschung der Interaktion von Emotion und Kognition, d.h. wie beeinflussen Emotionen unsere kognitiven Prozesse wie z.B. Wahrnehmung und Denken und umgekehrt, welche Veränderungen treten in diesem Zusammenhang bei psychischen Störungen auf und wie können diese im Rahmen von Trainings optimiert werden. Dabei verknüpft Prof. Kanske experimentelle sozialpsychologische, affektive und kognitive Methoden mit neurowissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen und klinischer Anwendung. Er wird als aktiver Diskutant die Arbeitsinsel 1 „Paradigmen der Emotionsforschung“ moderieren.
Prof. Dr. Susanne Scheibe, Inhaberin des Lehrstuhls „Lifespan development and organizational behavior“, Professur Organisationspychologie, Universität Groningen, Niederlande
wird in Ihrem Keynote-Beitrag den Zusammenhang zwischen Emotionsarbeit (emotional labor) und Alter anhand von state of the art – Befunden und eigenen Forschungsergebnissen beleuchten. In Form eines Überblicks zur Emotionsarbeit thematisiert sie, wie Altersunterschiede im Umgang mit emotionalen Anforderungen sich auf Wohlbefinden, Gesundheit und Leistungsfähigkeit auswirken.
Dr. Cornelia Wieck, wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin an der Professur Organisationspsychologie der Universität Groningen sowie an der Abteilung für Entwicklungspsychologie der Universität Leipzig
erforscht die altersbedingten Veränderungen emotionaler Kompetenzen wie Empathie, Emotionsregulation und Emotionsverstehen in persönlichen und beruflichen Kontexten. Dazu hat Sie z.B. ein Set von Filmsequenzen entwickelt, welche die Erforschung von emotionalen Kompetenzen unterstützt. Sie wird daher als aktive Diskutantin die Arbeitsinsel 4 „Gestaltung guter Arbeit – Gestaltung guter Emotionen“ moderieren.
