Our PhD student Ines Brenner at the conference "The Social Neuroscience of Relationships, Attachment & Caregiving" in August 2023
Our PhD student Ines Brenner participated in the conference "The Social Neuroscience of Relationships, Attachment & Caregiving" from 15th to 16th of August 2023. This was organised by Prof. Ein-Dor and Dr. Vrticka in conjunction with SIRG SoNeAt within the Society for Emotion and Attachment Studies (SEAS). In her talk, she highlighted impressive results from the Nemo study, which looked at whether fMRI neurofeedback training can help mothers with bonding difficulties. The bond between mother and child plays a crucial role in the healthy development of the child and the study explored an innovative approach to strengthening this bond.
The conference provided a wonderful opportunity to share the knowledge and findings from the Nemo study with the scientific community and to learn from other experts in the field.
