Research
My research interests lie in evaluation, diagnostics and theory building in industrial and organizational psychology. I am particularly interested in how learning environments and structural factors influence behavior (e.g., in the context of the COM-B model) and how theories can be further developed using structural equation modeling (SEM), agent-based modeling (ABM) and formal approaches.
I have gained practical experience through my involvement in the collection and evaluation of the annual student survey of the psychology faculty (as program coordinator). I am currently working on the evaluation of instructional design and learning outcomes as part of the DIGI-LAWI project.
Curriculum Vitae
I obtained my Bachelor's (2019) and Master's (2025) degree in Psychology (HPSTS) at the TUD Dresden University of Technology. I gained professional experience as a Research Associate in various projects and as a working student at Continental AG, where I developed an evaluation guide for leadership development programs in my master's thesis. I am currently working as an evaluator in the DIGILAWI project, which is developing further training courses on digitalization in agriculture.
Teaching
I have independently developed a numeracy tutorial for psychological diagnostics and successfully conducted it several times on a voluntary basis. I was also involved in the further development of the Master's thesis seminar (1 & 2) and the diagnostics module in the HPSTS degree program.
Outside the university, I developed a recurring information event on personnel selection at Continental AG and ran it successfully for two years. In addition, I helped to organize a standing conference , took on the main responsibility for the administrative planning and contributed to its implementation.
