Generating and receiving Feedback
In our modern digital information society, lifelong learning requires having the ability to assess to what excent you have the necessary competencies for a job. That means, you need competencies to autonomeously generate internal feedback for own learning processes and results. An acquistion of these competencies requires interactive feedback strategies, which contain generating internal feedback.
