The Career-Building Programme
In three schools, which build upon one another, you can learn essential skills for your management career while still studying, such as:
- Career planning and counselling (coaching and mentoring)
- Excursions and personal company contacts
- Workshops on communication, leadership, and management skills
- Project and innovation management as part of an innovation workshop
- Placements for an internship or final thesis
- Possibilities to exchange ideas in a nationwide network of female technology enthusiasts
Requirements for a successful application
- You must be enrolled at TU Dresden or another Femtec partner university for at least another year to ensure that you can successfully complete the program during your studies.
- The language of instruction of the schools is English, therefore sufficient English language skills are absolutely necessary. A good command of German is also necessary.
- The place of instruction is Berlin. All three schools must be completed by the participants. Travel and accommodation costs can often be reimbursed/subsidized by the faculties.
- The Femtec Career-Building Programme is aimed exclusively at women from the fields of computer science, engineering and natural sciences. All participating faculties of TU Dresden can be found here:
