It is important to show performance on the job. Another skill is to be aware of your own rights and duties: Are 28 vacation days a lot or little? What means Wettbewerbsverbot? Why must my employer know that I am working on weekends? Is it better to give notice myself or to receive a termination? You learn about important German terms in labour law to avoid suprises: Tarifvertrag, Zeitarbeit, Arbeitsort, Kündigung.
Technical requirements: Stable internet connection, microphone, camera.
