You've finished writing your report, seminar paper or thesis, but can't find anyone to read it over and give you feedback? You have delved so deeply into the topic of your paper - and are unsure whether anyone other than you will even understand your text? Then let us give you exemplary text feedback in the writing consultation and take advantage of our pool of volunteer proofreaders!

The writing consultation is an individual discussion with our trained writing peer tutors on everything that is currently bothering you about your current writing project (thesis, seminar paper, project work, etc.). The writing consultation takes place online either via Skype or via the TU-Matrix TU-Matrix (no registration necessary, simply log in with your ZIH login/s number), from Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 to 18:00.

Simply report to the writing consultation room in the TU Matrix during the consultation times or reserve an appointment via Opal, course "Writing Centre". Can't find a time slot that suits you? Make an appointment by sending an email to  schreibzentrum@mailbox.tu-dresden.de.

The proofreading pool is a new service offered by the TU Dresden Writing Centre to support student writing. It is aimed at students who have questions about the spelling, grammar and comprehensible style of their writing assignments. In order to overcome these challenges, committed, often retired people from different departments are now available on a voluntary basis to offer advice and support. If you are interested, please contact us by e-mail  schreibzentrum@mailbox.tu-dresden.de.
