The sooner, the better. If you submit the application at the beginning of the semester, there is enough time to process the application, decide on the compensation for disadvantages to be granted and prepare for the examination accordingly. The application must be submitted to the Center for Continuing Education by the end of the examination registration period at the latest.

You will soon find an application form here to apply for compensation for disadvantages. Until then, please write an email with the following information:

• Examination(s) for which compensation for disadvantages is requested (name, form of implementation according to module description (oral, written, etc.), module name and module number according to module description, examination date, examiner)
• Proposals for the intended compensatory measures within the framework of the compensation for disadvantages
• Description of how your disability or chronic illness adversely affects the specified examination condition(s)
• Confirmation form from your doctor
• Specialist medical certificate

The Center for Continuing Education will contact the teachers concerned immediately after receiving the application and discuss whether and to what extent compensation for disadvantages can be granted. As soon as a decision has been made, you will receive the information by email.
