On May 28, 2024, the time had finally come: the Market of Opportunities opened its doors in the Festsaal Dülferstraße at the TU Dresden. From 2:30 to 6:00 pm, scholarship holders and students had the opportunity to meet sponsors of the Deutschlandstipendium and make valuable professional contacts.

Networking - a market full of opportunities

Networking was at the heart of the event. Students were able to talk to representatives from various companies in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether questions about everyday working life, career paths or entry opportunities - visitors received informative insights directly from the professionals. At the Career Service stand, participants were able to have their application portfolios professionally checked, which significantly increased their chances of taking the next step in their career.
The pitch rounds were another highlight. The companies presented themselves in short, concise pitches and showed their many facets. The event also offered the chance to win one of four Kindle e-readers, sponsored by the Amazon Development Center Germany.
