Threshold values in the selection process for degree programs with restricted admission in the 2025/26 winter semester

¹⁾ – Number of suitable applications
²⁾ – Number of points of the final admission in this ranking list; the awarding of points is regulated by the selection statutes of the degree program in question for conducting a selection process at the university (Auswahlverfahren der Hochschule, AdH).
³⁾ – Overall grade from the Bachelor’s degree of the final admission in the ranking list. If multiple applicants have the same ranking, the waiting time is considered as the 2^nd criterion (semesters following completion of the Bachelor’s degree). After that, the decision is made by lottery.
⁴⁾ – Waiting time of the final admitted applicant in the ranking list; waiting times correspond to semesters after completion of the prerequisite Bachelor’s degree during which no further studies were pursued. If multiple applicants have the same ranking, the grade point average from the Bachelor’s degree is considered as the 2^nd criterion. After that, the decision is made by lottery.
⁵⁾  – This threshold value reflects the admission of students from the waiting list, as there were still free places in the degree program. Successful applicants were notified via email.
