At a glance
The program lasts two semesters and always starts in the winter semester.
The Orientation Program consists of 3 components:
- Component A: Subject Orientation
- Component B: Study Orientation
- Component C: Practical Orientation
The 3 components include:
- Participation in regular lectures, exercises and, if applicable, exams
- Events on techniques and strategies for successful study (e.g. time and self-management, work, learning and presentation techniques, project management, digital tools)
- Math course
- Language courses
- Introduction to academic reading and writing
- Excursions to companies and participation in trade fairs
- Teamwork on exciting practical projects
- Support in the decision-making process and orientation
During the Orientation Program, you will receive guidance and support through a mentoring and coaching program.
