Administrative officer (m/f/x)
Specialization: State and municipal administration
Vocational training program duration: 3 years (beginning September 1)
This program trains students in public administration and includes aspects of business administration as well as service and customer orientation.
Focal areas
- Administrative organization, areas of responsibility and work flows
- Learning and applying legal regulations based on practical cases
- Creating and keeping files, managing processes, drafting documents, sorting and replying to post
- Assisting in human resources, materials purchasing and management, and in accounting (with elements of budgeting and cash flow management)
- Issuing notices and information, generating certificates and IDs, preparing decisions
The vocational training program is conducted by TU Dresden at the Berufliches Schulzentrum Freital-Dippoldiswalde vocational school in Freital as part of part-time instruction at the Ausbildungszentrum Bobritzsch.
Prerequisites
- good to very good academic performance
- congenial appearance
- high willingness to learn and perform
- interest in working with legal texts and in administrative processes
- Ability to work in a team and communicate
- High degree of self-sufficiency
