Diversity Days 2018
5th Diversity days from 06.-07. of November 218 at the TU Dresden
Diversity days are held annually at the TU Dresden. The theme of this year's Diversity Days is: "Providing manifold Opportunities, using all potentials!".
Universities are subject to continuous change. Dealing with diversity has become a central task of university development. In order to master the tasks of the future and to ensure future performance, it is important to comprehensively develop the talents from society as a whole and to enable all groups of people represented in a society to participate equitably in the science system. The aim of the Diversity Days 2018 at the TU Dresden is to demonstrate the range of diversity and to enable a climate of tolerance in dealing with each other and to avoid discrimination. The TU Dresden sees itself as an inclusive university, where it is natural to be different.
A multitude event formats, which are of course of barrier-free, as part of the Diversity Days sensitize students, employees and guests of the TU Dresden for this topic. Main program items are:
