TU Dresden celebrates ten years of membership in the "Success Factor Family" network
TU Dresden (TUD) has received a certificate for its ten-year membership of the nationwide corporate network "Success Factor Family". The network thus recognizes the university's long-standing commitment to a family-friendly personnel policy.
The compatibility of work, studies and family has been a central concern of the TUD for many years. As the largest employer in the city of Dresden, the university sees itself as having a special responsibility to create family-friendly framework conditions for its employees and students - also with regard to caring for relatives or supporting life partners.
Family-friendly university since 2007
The TUD has been certified as a family-friendly university since 2007. As part of its family-friendly orientation, it provides a wide range of measures - including flexible working hours and the option of mobile working, parent-child offices and counseling services, for example for family caregivers. These offers are continuously being expanded and are summarized on our website. The strategic development is based on the current action program "Family-friendly university 2022-2025". TUD also benefits from the exchange of ideas in the "Success Factor Family" corporate network, which now has over 8,900 members, from a wide range of impulses and good examples from practice.
