UniSAFE project starts at TUD – survey collects data on gender-based violence
As one of 46 European universities from 15 countries, TU Dresden is participating in the UniSAFE research project that aims to gain in-depth knowledge about gender-based violence and sexual harassment in research institutions and to translate this knowledge into practical tools for universities and research institutions.
The first step in this project is to collect measurable data on the prevalence of gender-based violence in European universities and research institutions and to understand how this relates to its causes and consequences. For reliable data collection, your participation is helpful, regardless of whether you have had experience with gender-based violence yourself. I would therefore like to invite you to participate in the project's online survey between January 17 and February 13, 2021, which is open to all employees and students of any gender. Participation in the survey is anonymous.
