Diversity TU go: Communicate science in an entertaining way
"Diversity TU go" is the start of a new series of events that addresses knowledge and exchange around the topics of diversity and inclusion. Once a month, on Fridays from 8 to 9 a.m., compact online workshops and lectures on changing topics invite you to get to know new perspectives and get into conversation together.
On April 4, the new event series "Diversity TU go" kicks off with the exciting topic "Communicating science in an entertaining way": Science communication determines who has access to knowledge, who feels addressed and whose perspectives are taken into account. Communicating scientific content in an accessible, understandable and entertaining way helps to break down barriers and bring society into dialog with science.
How can science be communicated in such a way that it reaches different people? Which formats appeal to different target groups? What exactly are FameLab, ScienceSlam, SoapboxScience and PechaKucha? These and other questions will be explored in the first session together with Simon Hauser.
Language: German (interaction in English possible)
Registration: We ask for registration by mail until April 03, 2025(registration)
