The Representative of Employees with Disabilities
- promotes the recruitment of people with disabilities
- provides advice and assistance to people with disabilities
- monitors compliance with the law
- applies for preventative measures
- helps to clarify problems with the employer
- preventsdismissals of people with disabilities
- provides support in the organization of the workplace
To fulfill these tasks, the Representative of Employees with Disabilities works closely with the Personnel Representation Council and the Inclusion Officers of the Employer.
