Tasks
The remit of the Directorate includes all financial affairs of the university, including the preparation of its annual financial statements.
This includes budget allocations and transfers, the clarification of issues concerning turnover and income taxes, the handling and the verification management of third party funds, as well as procurements of all kinds of assets above EUR 5,000 net, in accordance with the Procurement Guidelines.
The Directorate Budget and Purchases is divided in 3 units:
Unit 1.1. Budget and Financial Accounting

Unit 1.3. Administration of External Funding
