Structural maintenance and upgrading of TUD buildings, facilities and outdoor areas
- preparation and implementation of small construction requirements, as well as TUD-financed construction measures
- planning and monitoring of small construction measures (KBM) and building maintenance measures (BU)

The following measures should precede the first tapping of drinking water after an interruption of more than 72 hours:
Cold drinking water
Flush until noticeably cold water comes out of the outlet fitting.
According to "DIN EN 806-2, 3.6 Operating temperature", the cold water temperature should not exceed 25 °C, 30 seconds after a faucet has been fully opened. The preferred temperature in our regions is 12...15 °C.
Warm drinking water
According to "DIN EN 806-2, 3.6 Operating temperature", the hot water temperature should not be less than 60 °C for 30 seconds after a faucet has been fully opened. It must be flushed until a constant temperature is reached.
