Unit Construction Measures managed by TU Dresden

The TU Dresden's Unit for Own Construction is responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of the university's construction projects. Functional, design, ecological and economic requirements are taken into account as well as technical and legal specifications. From the development of initial concepts to the supervision of construction, the team ensures that the projects are optimally tailored to the needs of the users. In addition, the in-house construction Unit coordinates all parties involved and ensures that construction projects are implemented economically and sustainably.
