Tasks
The ERP Application Management team manages the university-wide IT systems "SAP" (enterprise resource planning) and "d.3ecm" (document management).
In Application Management, we implement electronic support for your business processes within IT systems so that you can make the best possible use of them.
During regular operations, we maintain your applications and implement new features.
We provide you with advice.
We resolve issues (Incident Management), further develop the system workflows in accordance with the requirements of the business departments (Change Requests), and perform regular maintenance and service tasks (Service Requests).
We provide second-level support for users. Our most important partners in this regard are the key users in the business departments, who provide first-level support.
As a specialized department responsible for the maintenance and further development of IT systems, we take a process-oriented approach using the ITIL library.
