The Legal Office is the central point of advice for legal matters at TU Dresden.

Please describe the facts of the case in detail and send all relevant documents (contracts, audit files, invoices, project descriptions, etc.) as well as a specific question, stating your name, organizational unit, and how you can be contacted.

Referendariat (practical training phase)
TUD regularly offers Referendariat places for those in training to work in law (administrative station or elective station) Legal supervision is provided by the fully qualified lawyers of the Legal Department.
As a trainee lawyer, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with various areas of law in public administration and gain an insight into the working methods, structures and tasks of a university administration.
We look forward to working with you and your willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of law in order to actively support the work of the legal department. Your keen interest in academic administration and precise and conscientious case processing makes your application particularly interesting for us.
