Winter Break Child Care 2027
As a family-friendly university, TUD aims to support its employees and students in balancing work and family responsibilities. The children’s vacation care program is available to children in grades 5–8 whose parents or guardians are TUD employees or students. In principle, this is a free service; parents are only responsible for the cost of lunch, which is expected to total 30 euros.
In the morning, the children visit TUD laboratories and institutes and have the opportunity to conduct their own research. The afternoon is organized in collaboration with the Dresden University Sports Center and features sports and games.
Dates:
- 1st week of winter break (Feb. 8–12, 2027)
- 2nd week of winter break (February 15–19, 2027)
