Coaching offers the possibility to confidentially discuss and/or reflect a self-defined question related to your professional career. Depending on the issue the coaching session may provide a starting aid to generate new solutions or to define objectives. It can also support decision making processes. In my coaching work, I emphasize a neutral position and I provide a setting that allows you to work on your topic self-determined and self-paced.
