On the occasion of German Diversity Day 2025 with the motto "When diversity wins, Germany wins" and the upcoming Pride Month in June, we are pleased to announce the theme of this year's Diversity Days at TU Dresden: "Origin shapes - diversity moves".

From November 24 to 28, 2025, TU Dresden will focus on the importance of individual origins and personal stories - and how these shape interaction on campus and in society.

Students, employees and university groups at TU Dresden are cordially invited to take part in the Diversity Days with their own contributions. Whether it's a workshop, lecture or hands-on activity - every initiative counts. We welcome new ideas as well as established formats and ongoing projects that fit the theme. English-language contributions are expressly encouraged.

Proposals can be submitted by e-mail to by August 29, 2025. Please include the following information:

• Title of the event

• Event format (e.g. hands-on activity, workshop, lecture ...)

• Short description of the contribution (max. 300 words)

• Place, date and time (period: November 24-28, 2025)

Initial idea or still unanswered questions? We will be happy to support you in concretizing your proposals and elaborating them. All submissions will be reviewed by the SG 9.3 Diversity Management team. We will then enter into an individual exchange with the submitters in order to jointly design the best possible implementation of the contributions as part of the Diversity Days.
