Online survey of academic staff at the TUD
How are the employment conditions, the organizational culture and the working atmosphere at our university perceived? A current online survey of TUD's academic staff offers the opportunity to gain valuable insights into this.
The GESIS - Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences is conducting an online survey on the topics of employment conditions, working climate and organizational culture on behalf of the TUD.
Based on the results, existing inequalities can be uncovered and approaches for change can be developed. Participation is anonymous, voluntary and takes around 15 minutes.
