Science Slam 2024 for the Dresden Science Night
Under the motto "UNITED BY SCIENCE", more than 50 institutions opened their doors for this year's Dresden Science Night on June 14, 2024 and invited visitors on a fascinating journey into the world of science.

A special highlight of the long night was the Science Slam at TU Dresden, where five outstanding female scientists captivated the audience with presentations of their current research projects, bringing science to life and making it tangible.
Gewinnerin Aparajita Lahree
Aparajita Lahree (Postdoctoral Reasearcher at the MPI-CBG) ultimately won the audience vote with her slam on malaria and the secret life of this clever parasite.
