Are you studying psychology or pedagogy or similar, are you doing your doctorate or are you looking for a job in adult education and/or personnel development? The Career Service is looking for a coordinator (research assistant 15h/week) for the English-language Femtec.Career-Building program, initially until 31.12.2022. The position offers the opportunity to acquire conceptual skills and adult education as well as work experience in project management and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual collaboration in the further development of the program's components
• Assistance in the implementation of Assessment Centers, professional events, coordination and evaluation of the program
• Assistance in advising and coaching STEM students in the context of the FEMTEC careerbuilding program

Requirements

• University degree or students in the master's program (education, psychology, or similar)
•  First experience in adult education
•  Independent, structured, careful way of working
•  High service awareness
•  Very good communication skills
•  Very good knowledge of English

as well as interest in familiarizing oneself with topics of personnel development; if possible, experience in organizing and conducting events. Good knowledge of academic career paths in STEM subjects as well as knowledge of university structures and processes is desired.
