Diversity TU goVielfalt TU go: Alles nur Einzelfälle? Geschlechtsspezifische Belästigung und Gewalt an der Universität.
Universities should be places where we can think freely, learn, and grow as individuals. However, the UniSAFE research project revealed that gender-based violence is also a reality in this setting. Why does this form of violence exist in universities? In this session, we will explore this question together, shedding light on dynamics such as sexism, harassment and abuse of power, and considering what structures encourage this behaviour. This interactive session invites participants to share their perspectives and ideas on how universities can become safe and respectful spaces for everyone.
