The December Alumna of the Month is an expert in political science.
Sabrina Repp was the first in her family to go to university. Her family's experiences during the reunification period inspired her involvement in politics at an early age, and she decided to study political science at TU Dresden for her Bachelor's degree. Today, Sabrina Repp is the youngest German member of the European Parliament, where she advocates for issues such as regional development and the promotion of young people in education and culture.
Her tip for first-years students: “Be open to new perspectives and actively explore different opinions. Seize the opportunity to network and broaden your horizons. Remember that getting involved outside of the lecture hall – be it politically, socially or in projects – can be just as valuable as academic success."
