Participation in the “Speaking & Listening” dialogue session on the topic “How do you feel about being underestimated or misunderstood because of your age?” and the associated consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary.
1. For what purposes will personal data be processed?
On November 7, 2026, TU Dresden will host the “Speaking & Listening” dialogue session on the topic “How do you feel about being underestimated or misunderstood because of your age?” Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the aforementioned event.

3. What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
The legal basis for data processing for the above-mentioned purpose is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent).
Important Note: As part of the registration process, you must review our Privacy Policy and provide your consent to it. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, we will unfortunately be unable to process your registration, and you will not be able to participate in the event.
4. What personal data is processed?
The data provided in the registration form is stored due to limited capacity at the event. Some of the information is processed for statistical purposes.
5. Is personal data transferred to third parties?
No, no personal data is transferred to third parties.
6. How long will the data be processed/stored?
Personal data will be deleted no later than four weeks after the event.
7. Is personal data published?
The data provided during registration will not be published.
8. What rights do data subjects generally have?
