Queer Parenthood - interdisciplinary event series at the TUDLecture "Queer parenthood from a legal perspective"
Queer parenthood still faces legal challenges in Germany today: How does stepchild adoption work? What possibilities are there for queer couples to have children? Sperm donation - legally possible for whom, and under what circumstances? How does the legal recognition of trans*, inter* and non-binary parents work? These and many other legal questions will be addressed in the lecture, and contact points and sources of information on the topic will be provided.
