NHR-TrainingsangeboteBuilding HPC-Compliant Snakemake Data Analysis Workflows
This tutorial equips participants with the essential skills to design and implement High-Performance Computing (HPC) compliant data analysis workflows using Snakemake. Through hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations, attendees will learn how to harness the power of this workflow manager to utilize HPC resources effectively and ensure reproducibility in their data analysis workflows. The Snakemake workflow system is widely used in bioinformatics, experimental physics and other data analysis fields. We will not cover the basic of deep learning or how to design a neural network in MATLAB. The presentation will be held online and in English. Registration is required. Please note: We highly recommend joining the second MATLAB Tutorial Part: Scaling Parallel Computing with MATLAB to HPC @ TU Dresden before you join this one. This tutorial will utilize knowledge and setup from that workshop to submit deep learning jobs to the cluster.
April 18, 2024, 9 am - 6 pm, CET
The course is free of charge. Course language: English.
