FOSTER Meets StuRa: Regular Funding Starts!

Starting now, students can apply for funding for student research projects!

During the new funding period from September 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, FOSTER, in cooperation with the StuRa, will provide grants of up to 2,500 euros for student research projects, helping students turn their ideas into reality.

During this regular funding period, the following funding tracks are supported:

• STATA (Student Academic Travel Award): Funding for conference and meeting expenses
• STUDENTRESEARCH@TUD: Funding for research materials and laboratory supplies, grants for publications, and more

The application period runs from July 13 to August 9, 2026.
