In this workshop, you will learn the basics of agile project management to help you with your next project. We will look at various prerequisites, methods and tools that are important for agile project management. Learn how to overcome challenges and stay motivated in order to move your project forward efficiently.

Expectations, to-do's and deadlines - student projects can be challenging and lead to stress. In this workshop, you will learn how to recognize, manage and reduce stress at an early stage. Using methods and techniques from stress management, you will develop personal strategies in the workshop to stay focused and productive even in project chaos.
