Mental Strength in Stressful Times
Exam season can really take a toll on your nerves. Your mind is full, your heart is racing, and suddenly everything feels overwhelming. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll gain a clear understanding of why your body reacts this way and what you can do to regain your mental strength.
We’ll work with effective techniques such as calming breathwork to lower heart rate and pulse, physical movements to release nervous tension, frequency music for neural relaxation, affirmations for motivated focus, and meditations to calm racing thoughts. This workshop will not only help you in the moment but also offer long-term strategies to build mental resilience.
