STEM for All: Gender- and Diversity-Sensitive Teaching in Higher Education

The demand for highly qualified professionals in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) continues to grow. While STEM careers offer excellent opportunities for women and other underrepresented groups, their participation in these disciplines remains comparatively low. This workshop explores how STEM degree programmes and teaching practices can be designed to encourage broader participation, regardless of gender identity.
