Important information on registering for the Master's thesis

The content arrangements and the administrative preparation of the registration for the Master's thesis are the sole responsibility of the Chairs involved in the ZIS. Please contact your supervisor in good time. The supervisor acts as the first examiner. Once the content and formalities of the Master's thesis have been agreed , the completed application for admission to the Master's thesis must be submitted to the supervisor with your original handwritten signature. The application will then be sent to the ZIS Examination Office. The ZIS Examination Office forwards the documents to the Examination Committee. Once the application has been approved, you will be informed by email about admission to the Master's thesis and the submission deadline. Please refer to the examination regulations applicable to you for information on the processing time.

The Master's thesis must be submitted by the deadline in two bound copies and as a PDF by email to the ZIS Examination Office, where it will be forwarded to the examiners.
