SPARKLES for Schools - Late Summer School - 21. September – 26. September 2024
The first Late Summer School at ZLSB aims to equip educators, school teachers and student teachers with the knowledge, skills, and inspiration needed to create healthier, more sustainable learning environments for all. The participants are going to be engaged in interactive exercises, simulations, and group discussions to apply learning concepts to real-world situations and develop practical skills for implementing change in school settings. Visiting schools in Dresden, the international guests can learn from their experiences and best practices. Moreover, the outdoor learning experiences foster a sense of environmental and societal responsibility. Last but not least, being an active and transformative experience, the event develops a deeper understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on teaching and learning and equips the participants with the tools and knowledge needed to create inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments. We bring SPARKLES to schools!
