Blended Learning Analytics II - Text as Knowledge Storage
Since May 2019, we have been researching "Text as Knowledge Storage" in an interdisciplinary research network. This is a continuation of the Blended Learning Analytics project that has been running since 2017.

tech4comp - Personalized Competence Development through Scalable Mentoring Processes
Since October 2018, the interdisciplinary research project "tech4comp" has been researching how learning processes can be supported by digital mentoring in the best possible way. The joint project is supported by eight project partners nationwide. At the Centre for Quality Analysis (ZQA), research is focusing in particular on questions relating to the effectiveness of digital higher education. It focuses on the further development of content and methods in digital (learning) worlds. The joint project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) under the "Innovation Potential of Digital Higher Education" funding line with a total budget of 7.4 million euros for the next 42 months. Saxon Student Survey - Higher Education Report Saxony - Continuous Monitoring of Study Conditions and Study Quality in the Free State of Saxony
Since 2005, the Competence Center for Education and Higher Education Research has conducted large-scale surveys of students at Saxon universities at regular intervals. A comprehensive picture of the study situation and study quality can only be gained if students provide detailed information about their positive but also negative study experiences and report on their study progress, their further study planning and their personal study situation from their own perspective. As with the last survey, the 4th Saxon Student Survey will be conducted as an online survey. The survey will start at the beginning of March and is expected to last until mid-April 2022. On April 1st, 2016, a research project on the topic of ensuring success in one's studies is starting at the Center for Quality Analysis. Successful - Digital - Integrated: Studying at TU Dresden (EDI:TUD)
The objective of the project, which starts on January 1st 2021, is to improve welcome culture for international students, in order to increase the attractiveness of Germany as a place to study. Network of excellence FOR Quality Assurance in Teacher Training (QSL) in SaXONY
From October 2014 until December 2016, the ZQA worked together with the centers for teacher training of Leipzig University, of the TU Dresden, and of the TU Chemnitz on the development and implementation of a quality assurance system for studying and teaching concerning teacher training in Saxony. High school graduate study
For the 11th time in 2016, Saxon pupils were surveyed about their intented future educational and career paths. The goal of the High School Graduate Survey is to examine the decision-making process of potential students in Saxony in regards to their post-secondary eduational and career paths ca. 3 months before graduation. Saxon alumni study
In the course of the second Saxon Alumni Study, two surveys were carried out independently of one another. For the initial study, alumni of the years 2010 and 2011 and of higher education institutions for applied sciences in the division of the SMWK were surveyed. The key issues in this survey were once again the retrospective rating of the degree program, assessment of the acquisition of competences, the entry into a career and their first work experiences.
