Declaration of consent

A declaration of consent from the instructor is necessary for the survey and for evaluating the questionnaires. Standardized forms exist for this purpose, either with consent limited to the current semester or until revoked. By giving their consent, the instructor agrees to have the data analyzed and also to have this anonymized data saved and used for research purposes. The consent forms will be collected by the person responsible for the evaluation and forwarded to the ZQA.
