Examination Office Holiday/Closure Schedule

Transfer of Academic Credits / Exam Results
To have exam results or modules from other universities or from a different degree program recognized, you must submit an application to the Examination Committee or the Examination Office. All information, guidelines, and application forms can be found on the Faculty’s website: Recognition of Academic Achievements.
Examination Committee
The Examination Committee ensures that the provisions of the examination regulations are adhered to. The Examination Committee makes recommendations regarding the reform of the examination regulations, the study regulations, the module descriptions, and the study plan. The Examination Committee decides on cases that deviate from the examination regulations and approves accommodations for students with disabilities.

Below you will find information and contact details for your respective Examination Committee:
The Examination Committee generally meets on the second Monday of every month. The next dates are: July 13, 2026; August 10, 2026; September 7, 2026. Applications must be submitted to the Examination Committee, signed, at least one week before the respective date. If submitted later, the application will be addressed at the Examination Committee’s next meeting.
