Due to construction work in the Hülße building, the Examination Office office on the second floor of the north wing will be unavailable from 24.11. - 12.12.2025.
During this time
- the deadline letterbox outside the building will be available exclusively for the submission of printed materials (office letterbox not accessible!)
- Please only contact us digitally or by telephone.
- Consultation hours take place on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 - 12:00 in BZW-B103.
- Final documents can be collected from the HÜL by prior arrangement.

Please note: Documents including certificates will be issued with the old TUD logo until April 1, 2026.
From April 1, 2026, all documents including certificates will be issued with the new TUD logo.

Recognition of coursework / examinations
An application must be submitted to the Examination Committee / Examination Office for the crediting of examinations / modules from other universities or from another degree program. All information / instructions / applications can be found on the faculty website: Recognition of academic achievements.
Examination Committee
The Examination Committee ensures that the provisions of the examination regulations are complied with. The Examination Committee makes suggestions for reforming the examination regulations, the study regulations, the module descriptions and the study plan. The Examination Committee decides on cases that deviate from the examination regulations and approves compensation for disadvantages.

The Examination Committee currently meets every third Monday of the month. The next dates are: 03.11.2025, 17.11.2025, 15.12.2025. Applications must be signed and submitted to the Examination Committee up to one week before the respective date. If the application is submitted later, it will be dealt with by the next Examination Committee.
