Day of the Faculty "Tag der Fakultät Bauingenieurwesen 2025"
On October 24, our graduates from this year's Faculty of Civil Engineering were given a festive send-off. Numerous professors and staff from the faculty gathered in the afternoon in lecture hall POT 81 in the Potthoff Building to celebrate the end of the 2024-2025 academic year together with the graduates and their families. Traditionally, special awards were also presented for outstanding academic achievements.
Dr. Gregor Schacht gibt in seinem Festvortrag Einblicke in seine berufliche Laufbahn nach seinem Abschluss als Bauingenieur.
After the welcome address by Dean Prof. Beckmann, Dr. Gregor Schacht gave the keynote speech entitled "Building Bridges". This was followed by the presentation of the graduation certificates and the honoring of the best graduates. The graduates themselves also had their say: in their speech, Dipl.-Ing. Constantin Rexa and Dipl.-Ing. Francisco Andrés Avilés Calvo looked back on the past years of study on behalf of the graduating class. The event was accompanied by music from Fabian Zeller on guitar and Raúl Beltrán on the quena flute.
