Abstract:
In the work on the topic of planning the construction site infrastructure for finishing trades in the early planning phase. The components of the infrastructure of a construction site are explained and recommendations for planning in the finishing trades are elaborated. The main components include office and social rooms, transport routes and equipment, as well as the media supply to the construction site. The researched characteristic values and regulations for dimensioning the construction site infrastructure of the individual components are explained on the basis of an example construction project and clearly presented in an overview plan. Subsequently, the planning phases of the construction site infrastructure planning are explained with a focus on the planning of the infrastructure in order to be able to realise a fully comprehensive planning of the construction site infrastructure. In this context, the persons responsible for the planning of the individual phases are also described. According to the model building code, the principal is responsible for the economic and safe planning of the infrastructure, but he usually transfers the responsibility to a planner, who in turn puts the individual service items for the construction of the site infrastructure out to tender with the subcontractors. These subcontractors work out the rough concept of the construction site infrastructure provided by the client. It should be mentioned that the planning of the construction site infrastructure for the extension cannot be carried out without taking into account and coordinating the planning of the shell construction. Rather, the planning of the extension is oriented to that of the shell. Finally, aids for planning the construction site infrastructure are presented in the form of checklists to support the planning process.
