Full house for the book launch
In einzigartiger Kulisse - direkt im Carbonbetonhaus CUBE - fand die Buchpräsentation "CUBE - Neues Bauen mit Carbonbeton" statt.
On 31.01.2023, the Institute of Concrete Structures at Technische Universität Dresden and C³ - Carbon Concrete Composite e.V. celebrated the premiere of the recently published book "CUBE. New Building with Carbon Concrete." The setting was unique, as the book launch took place directly in the carbon concrete building CUBE. Numerous interested parties did not let the bad weather stop them and listened to the conversation between the builder Manfred Curbach and the editor of the publishing house Wasmuth & Zohlen, Rudolf Spindler. There were some amusing behind-the-scenes insights into the creation of the book, but also into the history of the building itself. The participants also had the opportunity to get to know Manfred Curbach as a person and to take part in a discussion about the future of building.
