MINT digital: Online lecture series for schoolchildren on the mobility of the future
Mobility is crucial for how we will live in the future, in cities and in the country and all over the world. Mobility and transport play an important role in protecting the climate and saving resources.
That is why around 200 scientists in Dresden at the Faculty of Transport Sciences at the TU Dresden, which is unique in Germany, are researching the path to ecologically responsible, efficient, networked, and safe mobility: from the question of which psychological conditions are necessary to take people with you on this path. This digital series will give you interdisciplinary insights into current mobility and transport research, from the importance of big data on the way to an ecological (inner) city to top engineering achievements for the development of environmentally friendly drives.
In five sessions, the scientists present their research topics and report on their career paths. In addition, students explain why they decided to study transport, what makes the different courses different, and what they are contributing to the mobility revolution with this or through their student commitment. This gives you exciting insider tips for your choice of study.
Target group: students from class 11
The events will take place (in German language) on 10.03. / 17.03. / 24.03. / 31.03. / 07.04. from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. digitally via BigBlueButton.
